About us
Diana
founder, chef
Meet Diana. I'm the daughter, cook, and hustler behind this business.
We started this business for one simple reason: busy individuals deserve healthy meals without the stress of cooking them. As a bikini competitor, I know firsthand how much fuel matters when life is already full. Training, work, and family can make it difficult to prioritize nutrition, and that's the heart of what we do.
I handle everything from the cooking and selling to getting out into the community because healthy food should be simple, delicious, and made with care, not complicated or boring.
My goal is to bring healthy meals nationwide to every type of person: the gym goer chasing their next PR, the stay at home mom running a household, and the hardworking professional who barely has time to breathe, let alone cook.
Stacey
Founder, Chef
Stacey is the heartbeat behind the scenes at Real Foodz. Cooking, handling the accounting, and tracking down the best possible deals so we can keep things running smoothly.
Her go-to order is a protein bowl with crunchy chili and cucumber, with mac and cheese and chicken nuggets as her ultimate comfort food. She's rarely without a cold brew — sugar-free vanilla, splash of almond milk.
Our StoryReal Foodz is a mother-daughter operation built on the idea that healthy food should feel exciting, personal, and worth looking forward to. Every meal we make is something we'd eat ourselves.
We didn't start this to build a brand. We started it because we were tired of meal prep that felt clinical, boring, or made for someone else's lifestyle.
