Real Foodz LLC ("Real Foodz," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website realfoodz.org and provides prepared meal preparation and delivery services in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties, California. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING
Real Foodz LLC offers text message (SMS) communications to customers who provide their mobile phone number and affirmatively opt in to receive them.
What we collect. When you opt in to SMS, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent record, including the date and time of consent and the web page where consent was given.
How we use it. We use your mobile number solely to send you messages related to your Real Foodz orders and meal packages. This includes weekly menu selection reminders, order confirmations, pickup and delivery notifications, and occasional information about our meal package offerings.
We do not sell or share your information. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We share your mobile number only with our SMS service providers solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you requested.
Your choices. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may also contact us at realfoodzllc@gmail.com to be removed. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to place orders or receive email communications from us.
Data retention. We retain your mobile number and consent record for as long as you remain subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for our business and legal recordkeeping.
